These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of medicalansweringservice.app (the "Site"). The Site is operated by the provider of Medical Answering Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site and our service
The Site provides information about our AI answering service for medical offices and lets prospective customers request setup information. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
The Site is not an emergency service, does not provide medical care or medical advice, and is not a substitute for contacting a licensed healthcare professional. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Use of our answering service by a medical office is governed by a separate written service agreement. That agreement, including any applicable business associate agreement, controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- use automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens or impairs it;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing information; or
- use the Site to transmit sensitive health information unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate channel.
When submitting a setup request, provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Please do not include patient health information or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including its text, design, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended business purpose. No other rights are granted.
Third-party services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
